Memos

The Memos utility, available in the Systems hub, allows administrators to define notifications that should be automatically displayed to a user in certain situations. For example, if a student is logged in on multiple devices, a message could display letting them know if a system update has been performed, and users could be notified and told to contact IT if they have any issues. These messages can be edited, enabled, or disabled as needed.

The Pro Bono memo is designed to allow schools to set up an agreement that students and other users must sign to certify their Pro Bono hours. The actual report text can vary based on your needs, but you may want to include language about the reported hours being correct to the best of their knowledge. Once the memo has been sent out and students have signed it, their reported hours will be marked with Memo Signed on the Pro Bono Work report.
