This new report compares credits received to-date to required program completion credits for students of a selected anticipated graduation date to help determine who should be processed for graduation.

A new report has been added which provides user cohort data along with other details.

Administrators can now change the look of Jenzabar SONIS to a sleek dark theme that gives the platform a new look and may help reduce eyestrain for some users.

A new notification assignment was added that notifies groups of administrators when a selected disposition is added to an applicant's record.

Schools can now enable a Parking page for the student portal. That page contains fields where students can enter vehicle information and be assigned a parking pass.

Schools who have more than one Employer Identification Number can now separate 1098-T records by EIN and by campus.

The Applicant Listing report now includes the gender of each listed student.

The Attendance LDA report now includes each student's primary and secondary email addresses, their phone and cell number numbers, and the course section and grade in the Excel output.

For Oklahoma schools who use career majors, the ID was added to the drop-down menu used for state reporting. This will help identify specific career majors if there are duplicate names in the list.

The Year and Semester drop-downs on the Charges & Credits report build page is now multi-select. This allows users to create Excel reports with more robust data and view changes over time.

Additional functionality was added to the Clearinghouse Utility to allow administrators to update the Semester Start Date and Semester End Date for specific students by selecting them.

Fields displaying each students Anticipated Graduation Date, Credits, and Tuition Status have been added to the Course List Utility.

To make it easier to view and access all entries, the same data table structure found in other parts of the system has been added to the following pages: Courses, Course Sections, Transaction Codes, Institution: Add/Edit, Application Entry Date, Trem of Interest, Cohort, and Terms of Service Agreements.

To accommodate schools which calculate full-time enrollment differently than the SONIS system default, the Enrollment Status table now includes the option to add a custom FTE% for each enrollment status. Once this is in place, administrators can configure the FTE calculation on the Executive Dashboard using a new set of options on the Executive Dashboard Display Types page.

Each user's ethnicity and gender are now hidden throughout by default until a new user security permission is activated for administrative users who need to view them. Pages that this effects include each user's Biographic page, the Admissions Hub, the User Summary page, the Citizenship/Ethnic IPEDS record, the Online Application and any report that contains gender or ethnicity information.

Form Builder forms can now be built with labeled radio buttons, links, drop-down menus, and file uploaders.

A optional Gender Identity field has been added to the Biographic page. Contact Jenzabar SONIS Support to have this field turned on for your school.

A second GL Export format for Financial Edge NXT that includes additional fields and is labeled "Fin Edge NXT 2" has been added.

A checkbox has been added to the GPA report build page that allows administrators to include disabled programs in the report if needed.

The Other Name, Other PID, Preferred Pronouns, and Gender Identity fields are now included as an import options in the Import Names utility.

The Department of Education has updated the format of the ISIR import file. Jenzabar SONIS has been updated to recognize the new layout.

This update makes it possible for administrators to view a user's numeric grade through their Courses record.

The PowerFAIDS Import utility now has improved error messaging with greater detail, which will make troubleshooting easier.

Schools can now give their students the option to view and update their preferred name from the Update Bio page.

The standard SONIS text editor found throughout the system on large text fields was replaced by the simpler, more modern TinyMCE HTML editor. An AI button is included that can be used to add AI writing assistance with an additional subscription fee.

SONIS T-Codes can now be exported as an Excel file. This allows users to review all transaction codes and their attributes in preparation for tax filing, audits, and other events.

The Transfer Registration utility has been updated with a table structure that makes it more functional and prevents the maximum rows displayed error that some users previously encountered.

The QR code that allows users to get a new code when using Google for two-factor authentication is now suppressed by using hidden database controls. Contact Jenzabar Support to turn this feature back on.

Staff members can now choose to share workflows with other SONIS users who have the same user profile.

Previously, the Grade field was used to display student grades in portals. These grades can be more complex than what a user is expected to see. For that reason, the portals now use the value entered in the Display Grade field.

Faculty can now make requests from their Biographic page once request activities have been created or edited for them. Check the "Faculty" box on a request type activity to make any request available on the Faculty portal. Can be used for classrooms, offices, or any other request that will go to school staff.

Schools that do not use midterm grades can now choose to hide these fields in the Faculty Portal.

The student ID on each user's Bio page is now more prominent and easier to locate.
