Bulk Email Applicants

Jenzabar SONIS provides administrators the ability to email one or more applicants at a time based on selected educational and biographic information using the Systems hub utility Bulk: Email Applicants. Applicants can be selected to receive an email using any of the following filters: Academic Status, Department, Term of Interest, Agency, Category Code, Cohort, Division, Institution Code, Program Code, Inquiry Type Code, Level of Interest, Campus, Referred By, Interest, State, and Application Date. A checkbox is provided to post the email as an activity on the applicant's record. An option to export the identified applicants to Excel is provided, as well.
