Bookstore

Overview

As a part of the larger bookstore process, the Users hub option Bookstore allows administrators with a staff role to be assigned Bookstore Administrator permission. This permission allows the staff member to log in to the Bookstore Portal with their SONIS ID and PIN and function as an operator. An operator can check out customers, look up invoices and inventory, add inventory, and run bookstore reports.

Use

Enter the Bookstore page from the Users hub. Check the Bookstore Administrator box and click Submit.

To remove bookstore access, remove the check and click Submit.
