Tenure Activities
Overview
For Jenzabar SONIS member institutions that offer faculty tenure and track associated activities, the Users hub page Tenure Activities provides a location to record these activities. No setup is needed in any other areas to use this page.

Adding Tenure Activities
To record a tenure activity, enter the Tenure Activities page from the faculty member's Users hub. Click Add to open the details page.

Enter the name of the activity in the Description field.

Enter the date the activity will begin, began, or occurred in the Start Date field and the date it will end or ended in the Stop Date field.


Enter any pertinent details about the activity in the Notes field. Click Submit to save the entered information.


Editing Existing Activity Records
To edit an existing activity record, click the Description or the Start Date. Either will open the activity details page.

Make the desired edit and click Submit to save the update.
