Bulk Email Prospects

Jenzabar SONIS provides administrators the ability to email one or more prospects at a time, using selected educational and biographic information, using the Systems hub utility Bulk: Email Prospects. Recipients can be selected to be sent an email using any of the following filters: Academic Status, Department, Term of Interest, Agency, Category Code, Cohort, Division, Institution Code, Program Code, Inquiry Type Code, Level of Interest, Campus, Referred By, Interest, State, and Begin and/or End Date. A check box is provided to post the email as an activity on the prospect's record. An option to export the identified recipients to Excel is provided, as well.
