Highlighted Features
The At-Risk alert system is a retention tool that allows institutions to measure and track users risk of dropping out or not attending based on grades, attendance, notes, and/or activities. A notifier can be added to alert users to specified at-risk threshold changes.
Adds Duo as a second option for two-factor authentication along with a new utility to manage authentication setup.
Allows institutions to send mass text messages to their students and faculty through the affordable, user-friendly Twilio platform. Additionally, adds the option of a text alert when Timed Tasks complete.
New Functions

New way to track student activities called Orders. Import utility included for mass changes. Utility can be relabeled for other uses.
New Records page allows schools to store a user's passport data.
Users can create refund transactions for students who have a positive balance and export that data to the Abila MIP accounting software.
New table allows administrators to remove search options from the Alternate Name Search function.

Administration
Delivery method has been added as a filter option when used the Course Search function. Delivery method has been added as a filter for reports and in Query Builder as well.
The Financial Aid Import utility has been updated to recognize $0 imports from EDExpress as voids of previously imported awards.
The EDExpress Direct Import and EDExpress Pell Import utilities have been updated to break imports into matched and unmatched groups to provide users more clarity.
Update to the EDExpress Direct Import and EDExpress Pell Import utilities allows the use of EDX created export files in a format that includes all data columns. Users will no longer have to filter, sort, or hide data columns when creating the export file used for Jenzabar SONIS import.
The internal tables used to manage Pell Grants were updated to match the 2020-2021 Department of Education changes.
Allows administrators to import multiple ISIRs and to select a specific ISIR to use for Financial Aid packaging.
ISIR imports can now include Application Receipt Date, Transaction Receipt Date, and Transaction Processed Date.
Enhancement to allow users to save records imported from a file for later evaluation and import as new records are added to the system and matched to the saved ISIR records. A Bulk Purge Utility and Scheduled Task are included to aid users in records cleanup.
Pell Tables have been updated for 2020-2021, per the US Department of Education.
Institutions can identify specific courses that to exclude from SAP calculation of attempted credits so completion percentage is not affected by courses that are not applicable.
Institutions can identify awards that are SAP-eligible, allowing non-federal aid recipients to be excluded for SAP purposes if desired.
Checkbox on the Enrolled Student Listing report adds date of birth to report if administrators has the proper User Security permission.
Several previously existing SONIS reports were updated to make them easier to find and use for compiling IPEDS data.
New in-system timed task replaces need for ColdFusion Task Scheduler and notification assignment informs users when Blackboard export process has run.
Institutions can now choose to export Canvas data as a CSV file rather than an XML.
Institutions can now choose to map transaction codes based on Division instead of or in addition to Campus.

Update to the Email Address Utility prevents new email addresses from being created for users who have a previous Student status.
Allows assigning honors or probations from Lists. Administrators can override Honors/Probations requirements with User Security permission.
The Master Profile utility now includes a "New" notation to alert users to new pages that have been added within the last year.
New notification assignment creates a CSV file that contains the First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Cell Phone Number of every user with a Student or Faculty status.
Allows entry of analytics code on the OA Login, OA Create New, and OA Completion pages in addition to the internal pages where it was already deployable.
Gives institutions the ability to add a note at the bottom of each page in the user portals and the Administration system. The notes accept HTML, allowing for implementation of SnatchBot and other help software.
A checkbox on Notification Assignment page allows institutions to choose to export additional faculty to Schoology as Administrators rather than Teachers.
All Portals
Update to the CE Registration Utility adds option to allow users with existing Alumni, Faculty, Staff, and/or student accounts to log in to the CE Registration portal and register for CE classes.
The Portal Menu Utility has been enhanced to allow institutions to replace the standard SONIS degree audit with their own custom degree audits in the Student, Faculty, and Sponsor portals.
Text now automatically appears on each password and PIN change page listing the password or PIN requirements. Additionally, red error text now tells user which requirement they've failed to meet when creating a new password or PIN.
Prospective Students
Institutions can now inquire about a prospect's high school graduation year. This field can be required or optional.
