Division
Overview
The Division utility, located in the Systems hub, allows users to add, edit, and delete divisions. The utility checks the code being added against existing codes to ensure there is no duplication or conflict with Departments.
Usage
Generally, the Division field is used to define broad categories, such as Undergraduate, Graduate, Faculty, and Adjunct. It is then used in conjunction with other areas like Department and Level to further define the category contents.
