Unofficial Transcript Report Layout in Repeat, Transcript, and GPA Settings

Use this setting to select a report layout for unofficial transcripts in J1 Web.

Note

Official transcripts don't use this setting. Instead, the user selects the layout in the prompt for generating the official transcript.

Tip

You can create a custom version of this report in InfoMaker by editing r_id_transcript.

How To

Select a Report Layout for Unofficial Transcripts

  1. On the Registration Administration hub, click the Hub options drop-down.

  2. Select Settings and then Repeat, Transcript, and GPA Settings. The Repeat, Transcript, and GPA Settings page opens.

  3. Scroll down or click the anchor link to navigate to the Student Schedule Report Layout category.

  4. Click the Edit this section button. The page is now in edit mode.

  5. In the Layout drop-down, select a report layout.

  6. Click the Save this section button. Your selection is saved, and the page returns to view mode.
