Early Alert History Block on an Alert Page
The Early Alert History block in on the Student Details tab of an alert's Summary page. Use it to view all the alerts for the selected student. Fields include the following:
Alert Type / Alert ID: The type and ID are a link that open the Summary pop-up for the alert. From there, you can view the alert's Summary page, pop-ups for the student and the last person to update the alert, and the submitter.
Status: New, In Progress, or Closed
Submitted Date
The alert whose page you're on is marked with "Currently viewing" in the list.
A link opens the Alert Tracking page (filtered to the selected student) in a new tab.
Permissions
To view the Early Alert History block, users need the "Can view student details tab" and/or the "Can view student details tab on confidential alerts" permissions found in the Student Success Administrator role, the Alert Assignee role, and roles made from them.

View the Early Alert History Block
From the Alert Tracking page, click the Alert Summary link on an alert. The alert's Summary page opens in a new tab.
Click the Student Details tab. The tab opens, and the Early Alert History tab is visible.
To view information on any of the listed alerts, click the alert's Alert Type / ID. That alert's Summary pop-up opens.
To view the Alert Tracking page filtered to the selected student, click the Alert Tracking link. The page opens in a new tab.
