Attributes Block on an Alert Page

Use the Attributes block to view information from (and a link to) the student's Person Information Details page, Attributes tab.

The information comes from the Attributes tab on the student's Person Information Details page. The following fields are included:

  • Code

  • Description

  • Start Date

  • End Date

Permissions

To view the Attributes block, users need the "Can view student details tab" and/or the "Can view student details tab on confidential alerts" permissions found in the Student Success Administrator role, the Alert Assignee role, and roles made from them.

View the Attributes Block

  1. From the Alert Tracking page, click the Alert Summary link on an alert. The alert's Summary page opens in a new tab.

  2. Click the Student Details tab. The tab opens, and the Attributes block is visible.

  3. To view the student's attributes on the Person Information Details page, click the View all attributes link. The page opens in a new browser tab.
