Student Conduct - Campus Security Authority Permissions
This role is intended for users in the Student Conduct office and across campus who need access to annual reporting information.
Note
This role includes an Associations tab that allows role administrators to control the user's access to specific conduct departments. For example, a user assigned to this role (or a role copied from it) might be given access to the Residence Life conduct department but not the Title IX department.

Can view all incident reports on Student Conduct hub | View all incident reports, including those assigned to or submitted by other users. |
Can view all cases on Student Conduct hub and Conduct Case summary page | View all cases assigned to the departments they have permissions to access. |
Can view all sanctions on Student Conduct hub | View all sanctions associated with a case or incident report. |
Can edit "Clery Count" on Student Conduct hub and Conduct Case summary page | Edit the Clery Count checkbox on a case's Violation and Sanction Associations spreadsheet so violations can be counted or removed from the Clery Annual Security Report for all departments except Title IX. |
