Student Progress Report

On the Student Aims page, you can select any item (a root, a group, or a course) in a student's tree, and generate a report on the student's progress toward that aim.

The report lists the selected items. If you select a root, it shows the groups and courses included in it. If you select a group, it shows the courses in it. For each aim listed, it shows the following information:

  • Hours Needed

  • Hours Earned

  • Count Needed

  • Actual Count

  • Status: This column lists initials for an aim's statuses. An aim can have more than one status at once.

    • I = In Progress

    • L = Local Detail

    • M = Met

    • N = Not Met

    • O = Override

    • R = Required

    • S = Substitution

    • T = Transfer

  • Grade
