Associate Workflow

Important

Information and features vary according to the roles to which you belong and the permissions associated with those roles. For more information, contact your module manager or your campus support team.

The Associate Workflow pop-up window lets you assign a workflow to person and/or organization.

To access this window and associate a workflow, you must belong to a Workflow Base role with the "Can manage workflows" permission enabled.

To associate the workflow using a data set, you must belong to a role with module access code .

permissions are controlled by data set definitions (Core hub, Campus-wide Definitions module, Data Sets page). If they will need to build their own data sets, they must belong to the Campus-wide Definitions role with data set permissions enabled.
