Contact Details Block on an Alert Page

The Contact Details block is on the Student Details tab of an alert's Summary page. Use it for a quick look at the student's contacts. Fields include the following:

  • Email

  • Phone

  • Address

  • Alternate Contact

  • Resident Houseing

There are links to the student's Person Information Details page (Contact Info tab) and their Student Session Detail page for campus housing information.

Permissions

To view the Attributes block, users need the "Can view student details tab" and/or the "Can view student details tab on confidential alerts" permissions found in the Student Success Administrator role, the Alert Assignee role, and roles made from them.

View the Contact Details Block

  1. From the Alert Tracking page, click the Alert Summary link on an alert. The alert's Summary page opens in a new tab.

  2. Click the Student Details tab. The tab opens, and the Contact Details tab is visible.

  3. To view the student's full contact information on the Person Information Details page, click the Contact Information Details link. The page opens in a new browser tab.

  4. To view the student's campus housing information, click the Resident Housing Details link. The student's Session Detail page opens in a new browser tab.
