FormFlow - Forms
Jenzabar Forms lets you create new forms to collect and review information from students, candidates, faculty, staff, and guests. These forms can serve many purposes, such as vehicle registration, student government election, expense forms, performance appraisals, and requests for equipment, trips, parking passes, time off, or overtime.

With J1 2026.2, FormFlow – Forms is called Forms and FormFlow – Workflow is called Form Approvals.
