Residence Life Hub

The Residence Life Hub home page provides a centralized workspace for Residence Life staff to access information about their residents, including calendars, duty schedules, resident health and contact information, and more. The universal toolbar at the top of the page allows you to access all of your J1 Web messages, tasks, pins, and bookmarks.

An automation plan must be created in the Workflow hub before requests can be submitted. Maintenance contacts are specified in the automation plan. After the automation plan is created, a new maintenance request will cause a notification to be sent to the Notification Center for each contact person.

To set up an automation plan, you must be in the Student Life Module Manager role (or a role copied from it) with the "Can manage maintenance requests" permission enabled.
