Student Schedule Report from a Student's Summary Page

You can generate a schedule report for an individual student from the student's Summary page. The report layout (such as the original or a customized report) is selected by an administrator on the General Settings page in the Registration Administration hub.

How to Generate the Student Grade Report from a Student's Summary Page

  1. From anywhere in J1 Web, click the Person Search icon Search icon (shaped like a magnifying glass). Use the Person Search to find a student. Click on the student's name or ID. The student's Summary page opens.

  2. In the Person options drop-down, click Student, then Reports, and then Student schedule. The Student Schedule Report pop-up opens.

  3. Select a Year / Term from the drop-down.

  4. If you want each course's textbooks listed in the report, select the checkbox labeled Show textbooks in PDF.

  5. Click the Generate PDF button. The report opens in a new browser tab.
