Login History

A Login history tab and screen are available on the My profile and settings screen. When you click the Login history tab on the sidebar, the view-only Login history screen displays a table with Login time, System information, and IP Address columns showing corresponding data in rows. Any data in this table older than 6 months is automatically deleted via the Scheduler job.

When a user logs into JICS using the Mobile or Mobile Web applications, their login is also tracked in the table on the Login history screen. The System information column shows the device that was used to log in.

Note

Showing information about a user's last login can improve security by alerting the user to a potential compromise of their account.
