About Attendance Session Grading Statuses

Each attendance session has a grading status that is indicated by a message and associated icon below the top scrollbar of sessions. These statuses are described below.

  • A non-graded session status displays the message "This session has not been graded." It displays in red font with a red warning "!" triangle icon Red warning triangle icon indicating not graded..

  • A partially graded session status displays the message "This session has been partially graded." It displays in blue font with a blue information i icon Partially graded letter "i" icon.

  • A fully graded session status displays the message "This session has been fully graded." It displays in green font with a green checkmark icon Fully graded green checkmark icon.

  • A cancelled session status displays the message "Attendance will not be entered for this session. It has been marked: Cancelled". It displays in blue font with a blue speech bubble icon Cancelled speech bubble icon.
