Working with Units in the Course Organizer

From the Course Organizer, you can take the following actions for units.

By default, the Course Organizer displays content for the current unit of a course. If the current date does not fall within a unit’s start and end dates, the Course Organizer will display the first unit in the course. You can display content from other units in either of the following ways:

  • Select a unit from the drop-down list under the unit name.

Select a unit from the drop-down list.
  • Advance to the previous or next unit by clicking the arrow to the left or right of the unit name.

The Unit Content area of the Course Organizer shows a block of free-form content unique to each unit. This content, unlike the unit description, will not show within the Coursework or Resources features. It appears only within the Course Organizer.
