Form Approvals Setup

With J1 2026.2, FormFlow – Forms is called Forms and FormFlow – Workflow is called Form Approvals.
The Form Approvals feature utilizes and builds upon the database connections and mapping tools that were set up in the Forms feature. To use Form Approvals, you'll need to complete the Forms Setup.
You can also configure additional database options in Form Approvals to automate procedures, assign dynamic approvers, and use strings replacers.
