Student Activities Page
On the Student Activities page, you can view and manage details for all the activities a student is involved in, from sports to music and academic organizations.
To manage activities from the Student Activities page, you must be in the Student Activities User by Activity role (or a role copied from it) with the "Can view activity seasons" and "Can manage activity seasons roster" permissions enabled on student pages.
Note
Coaches who have access to the Student Activities page can view all the activities a student is involved in, but they can only edit the activities they have permissions for.
The Student Activities page includes the following information for each activity listed. Click the plus icon next to an activity to expand the row and view all information.
Field | Description |

Activity / Team Level | The activity and the activity level, if the activity is a sport. If you have permissions to view the activity, the activity is linked to the Activity Seasons page. |
Year / Term | The year and the term in which the activity takes place. |
Start Date | The date the activity season begins. |
End Date | The date the activity season ends. |
Actions | A drop-down menu that includes the options Edit activity and User-defined fields. |
Coach | If the activity has a coach, the name of the coach is displayed. If you have permissions to view person information, the name is linked to the coach's summary page. |
Status | The student's roster status (e.g., Eligible, Suspended, Inactive, Medical Hardship, and so on). |
Scholarship Received | Indicates if the student has received a scholarship for this activity. |
Scholarship | Indicates if the scholarship is full or partial. |
Scholarship Value | The monetary value of the scholarship. |
Financial Aid Fund of Scholarship | If the scholarship is administered through Financial Aid, this column indicates the funding source. |
Primary Season | The primary season when this activity takes place. |
Priority Order | The ranked order of importance of the activity for this student. |
Is Primary | If the activity is a sport, this field indicates if it is the student's primary sport. |
On the Student Activities page, click the Create Activity button. The Create Activity pop-up opens.
Required fields are indicated by a red asterisk.
From the Activity / Year drop-down, select the activity.
From the Team Level drop-down, select the appropriate activity level (e.g., Varsity, Intramural, Practice squad).
From the Status drop-down, select the applicable roster status (e.g, Eligible, Suspended, Medical Hardship).
Click in the Start Date and End Date fields and use the pop-up calendars to select the activity's start and end dates.

The start date is required; the end date is optional.
Select Yes or No from the Scholarship Received drop-down to indicate if the student has received a scholarship for this activity.
If the student has received a scholarship, enter the percentage (e.g., 100% or 50%) in the Scholarship Percentage field. The number must be a whole number.
From the Scholarship Value drop-down, select the value of the student's scholarship (e.g., Full or Partial).
If the scholarship is administered via Financial Aid, select the funding source from the Financial Aid Fund of Scholarship drop-down.
If the activity is a sport, select Yes or No from the Is Primary drop-down to indicate if the sport is the primary sport for this season. This field is only visible if the activity is a sport.
In the Priority Order field, enter the priority. This indicates the ranked order of importance of the activity for this student. The number must be an integer. It cannot be a negative number.
Click Save and create another to save the activity and clear the fields so you can create another. Click Create and close to save the activity and close the window.
You can edit all fields except Activity / Year and Primary Season.
On the Student Activities page, select Edit activity from the Actions drop-down for the activity you need to edit. The Edit Activity pop-up opens.
Make changes as needed.
When you are done, select Update.
On the Student Activities page, select User-defined fields from the Actions drop-down for the activity you need to update.
If you have the necessary permissions, you can edit any field.
Edit the user-defined fields as necessary.
Click Save.
