Forms Role and Permissions
The Jenzabar-provided Forms role controls access to the Forms module and its various features. There are two sets of permissions:
Managing Forms permissions that determine which users can access and work with forms.
Managing Submissions permissions that are for users responsible for reviewing form submissions within the Forms module.
Tip
J1 Web Forms permissions are similar to the Campus Portal’s Context Manager and Access Control Lists.
Note
Users that only need to complete and submit forms will be able to do so from Forms blocks and their To Do List. Forms blocks will be available in their module area on the Summary page and the To Do List is available to everyone from their Home page as well as the global icons at the top of every page. They do not need to be in the Forms role.
