Donor Profile Reports Window

This window allows you to generate and print reports displaying donor information about selected donors.

In order to view this window, you must have been granted permission to the Report Donor Profile function. In addition, the reports and checkboxes in the Additional Reports group box are not available unless you have been given permission to view each report.

You can delete a Selected row or rows by highlighting them and clicking the Delete selected row button.

1. Open the Donor Profile Reports window.

2. If desired, enter an ID number (or use Name Search) in the ID Number column.

3. Enter additional selection information in the Selection Criteria tab.

4. Select the checkboxes of any additional reports you want included in the report.

5. Click the Retrieve button.

6. Donors meeting the selection criteria are displayed in the Retrieved group box on the Report Criteria tab.

7. To select one or more persons to include in the report, highlight the appropriate rows and click the Move to Selected button. These persons are displayed in the Selected group box. If you do not select a donor, all donors in the Retrieved group box are included in the report.

8. Select a report format (if appropriate) and enter a subtitle (if you wish).

9. Click Print or Preview and then click OK.

10. If you preview the report, you can print it from the preview window.
