The checkbox to generate and view this report is available in the Additional Reports group box of the Donor Profile Reports window if you have been granted permission to both the Report Donor Profile and the Donor Relationship Report functions.
This report selects for a given donor all relationships defined for that donor. The report displays the donor ID Number and name, relationship code and description, and the beginning and ending dates of the relationships.
