The checkbox to generate and view this report is available in the Additional Reports group box of the Donor Profile Reports window if you have been granted permission to both the Donor Profile Report and the Constituency Code Report functions.
This report selects for a given donor all of the constituency codes defined for that donor. The report displays the Donor ID Number and name, constituency codes, and beginning and ending dates of those relationships.
