Create a range by entering both Begin and End values. For example, enter 22801 as the Begin ZIP value and 22820 as the End ZIP value to select donors whose ZIP Code falls within (and includes) 22801 and 22820.

You can run reports for a group of donors by entering selection criteria, or you can select donors by ID Number. Click the Retrieve button to retrieve data and open the Report Criteria tab. If you want to run all reports, select the Select All Reports checkbox.
If you want to include Businesses in the report, select the Incl. Deceased Donor checkbox. If you do not select this checkbox, only donors with a Biograph Master row and marked as deceased will be included in the report.
