This tab of the Registration Configuration window contains most of the key configuration options that determine how the software handles registration controls, repeat courses, the process for recalculating academic records, class and grade lists, schedules, transcripts, course components, etc.
|
In the Default group box at the top of this window, select a Current Year and a Current Term. These values determine the default year and term for all registration windows. In addition, your selected year and term will impact PT/FT update if you select the Current Year and Term radio button in the group box called Update Student Master PT/FT with. This setting will affect the PT/FT columns in the Student Information window. |
Changes to Registration Configuration can have wide-ranging consequences in the course catalog, in current and historical academic records, in reporting, and so on. Make changes with caution.
