This window consists of five tabs that provide a comprehensive view of the most important biographical, academic, residence, and course-related information for a student. When this window is initially opened, it defaults to the current year and term in the header.
The information shown on this window is view only (is not editable) from several tables, depending on the tab that is selected:
Administrators can assign access to functions in the Student Inquiry window using the Functions tab of the Group Permissions window:

The Registration Requirements process is an optional part of the Student Registration process where a student term agreement and/or a student information update may be required before the student can register for classes for a specified term using the Course Schedules portlet.
When a student accepts the Registration Agreement or Submits a Personal Info Update in campus portal (JICS), those processes update the Agreement Made or Info Update Made columns in the Student Term Table and displayed on the Student Inquiry window (Term subtab on the Summaries tab).
Use the Student Term Agreements/Info Update Report Window to generate a report of student term agreement and information update requirements.
