2.Select
the Year, Term
and Course Code or use the drop-down list
to select a course.
3.If necessary,
select Add Row from the right-click
or Options menu to add instructors to this course.
4.Enter
the Lecture % and/or Lab
% for each instructor. These load percentages can be assigned only
to rows with value of I in the
Instructor Approved column.
The sum of the Lecture% for all
instructors can't be more than 100.
The sum of the Lab% for all instructors
can't be more than 100.
5.Select
the Lead Instructor checkbox to identify
the lead instructor for the section.
6.Select
Show on Web and Web
Grading Rights options for each instructor's access to the section
on the campus portal.
7.Select
the type of course authorization permissions in the Instructor?
column. You can choose Assign Auth Group
from the right-click or Options menu to open the Assign
Group window to assign authorization
groups to the course selected.
