Building Details Window

The Building Details window allows you to store detailed information about a particular building.

Header Columns

Tabs

The window contains up to three (3) tabs of information. The State Reporting tab is only displayed if your institution has a license for State Reporting functionality. These tabs can be accessed by using the shortcuts indicated.

How To

1. Open the Building Definition window.

2. Highlight the appropriate row, and choose Building Details from the right-click menu.

3. The Building Details window opens.

4. The Building value defaults from the Building Definition window. Select or enter the remainder of the header information.

5. Enter information on the Characteristics tab. Save.

6. Click the User Defined tab.

7. Enter appropriate information.

8. Click the State Reporting tab (if applicable).

9. Enter appropriate information. Save.

10. Close the window.
