1.    Open the Room Definition window. 

2.    Highlight the appropriate row, and choose Room Details from the right-click menu.

3.    The Location, Building, and Room values are automatically populated from the Room Definition window. Select or enter the remainder of the header information.

4.    Enter information on the Characteristic tab. Save.

Select the Classroom checkbox on the Characteristics tab if you want this room to be available for selection in the Room drop-down list on the Schedule tab of the Courses window.

5.    Click the Room Setup tab.

6.    Choose Room Setup Details from the right-click menu. The Room Setup Details window opens.

7.    Enter appropriate information.

8.    Save. Close the window. Information will automatically populate into the Room Setup tab.

9.    Click the Room Resources tab.

10.  Choose Resource Details from the right-click menu. The Resource Details window opens.

11.  Enter appropriate information.

12.  Save. Close the window. Information will automatically populate into the Room Resources tab.

13.  Click the Notes tab.

14.  Enter any free form text.

15.  Save.
