The Health Group Definition window in J1 Desktop will not be available if your institution is licensed for J1 Web Student Life. The reason for this is that once you start using J1 Web Student Life, all student health information is maintained using the improved tools in J1 Web. Health Groups are groupings of Health Codes that can be assigned to students all at one time. Health Groups are identified by Health Group codes (examples) and are defined on the Health Group Definition window.
After Health Codes and Health Groups are defined, you can assign the Health Codes to Health Groups using the Assign Health Codes to Health Groups window. Click here for examples of Health Groups and the Health Codes assigned to them.
