The Assign Health Codes to Health Groups window in J1 Desktop will not be available if your institution is licensed for J1 Web Student Life. The reason for this is that once you start using J1 Web Student Life, all student health information is maintained using the improved tools in J1 Web. For more information, contact your module manager or your campus support team. |
This window lists all available health codes and indicates which codes are required by the Health Group or by default and allows you to assign health codes to groups or remove health codes from groups.
· A row with a check
mark (
) is included in the Health Group.
It can be omitted from the Health Group by right-clicking on it and choosing
the De-Select option.
· A row with an X
(
) is
not included in the Session. It can be included in the Health Group by
right-clicking on it and choosing the Select option.
