Data displayed in the Selected Record group box are from the ETHNIC_RACE_REPORT table.
The following read-only columns are displayed for the selected record in the Ethnic/Race Records group box. The USER_NAME, JOB_NAME, and JOB_TIME are only updated when a row is created.

Report Date |
This date also includes the time the report was made. This date and time defaults from the selected record in the Ethnic/Race Records group box. |

One of two values is displayed: Self-reported (S) or Observed (O). This report type defaults from the selected record in the Ethnic/Race Records group box. |

Job |
This column (JOB_NAME) displays the window by which the record was created. This Job column is not updated when you edit the Comment column. |

Comment |
This column is editable depending on security rights assigned to you in the Tasklist module. You can enter up to 255 alphanumeric characters of text. When you edit this column, the Job (JOB_NAME) column is not updated. |
