This date also includes the time the report was made. The value in this column defaults to the Report Date in the Selected Record group box.

One of two values is displayed: Self-reported (S) or Observed (O). The value in this column defaults to the Report Type in the Selected Record group box.

When you click this button, a blank row  with current time stamp and default data is displayed.

When you highlight a row and click this button, a new row populated with data from the copied row (from ETHNIC_RACE_REPORT, ETHNIC_REPORT_DEF, and RACE_REPORT_DEF tables) is displayed with today's date defaulting in the Report Date column. The Type and Ethnic drop-down lists are editable, and the IPEDS value is re-calculated using the data from the new row.

When you highlight a row and click this button, the row is deleted first from the ETHNIC_REPORT_DTL and RACE_REPORT_DTL tables and then from the ETHNIC_RACE_REPORT table. This button is only available if you have been granted security for this functionality.
