This window allows you to define groups and determine which groups are given rights to process the submission type and/or be notified via an email message when they are submitted.
In order for users of the specified Application Groups to receive a notification email message, the Must Notify checkbox must be selected for the Application Groups that should receive the notification. Additionally, each user of the Application Groups must have an ID Number defined in the Users window, and that ID Number must have an email address defined in the Alternate Contact section of the Name Entity window (Addresses tab). If there are users in the Application group that do not have email addresses, these users will not be notified via an email message.
The Can Process column allows the user to decide which Application Groups can process a particular kind of submission.

The Can Process column does not display if the submission is an Online Gift. Online Gifts are processed through the Process Web Gifts window, whereas most of the other submissions are processed through the Process Internet Submissions window. Therefore, the Application group security for the Process Web Gifts window is used to govern who has access to the window rather than defining the access in this window. |
