Use this window to review and/or update Student Course History table information. A record is created in the Student Course History table when a student registers for a course.
This window mostly overlaps the Student Course Details Subtab (Registration tab of Student Registration window).
Administrators can assign access to functions in the Student Course Details window by pressing F11 while on the window or using the Functions tab of the Group Permissions window. Administrators can also grant permission to make changes to Student Course Details records that are/are not History records using the Registration Permissions window.
The Header displays the student's ID Number, Name, Transaction Status, Year Code, Term Code, and Sequence Number. It also includes a User Table button, which accesses the User-Defined Fields for the STUDENT_CRS_HIST_UDF Table.
There are four individual tabs that contain related information: Course, Student, Academic, and User.
When you save a change in the Courses window that could affect a Student Course History record, the Update Student Course History Prompt appears, allowing you to select which records will be updated.
