To Do List Window

 

The Report drop-down list and the right-click Run Report option are only visible to persons working in the Admissions Office.

This window allows you to view Notepad items (To Do List) that are assigned to you. The default query is d_np_to_do.

When you open the To Do List window, you will see all of the rows from the Items table that are stamped with the Module/Access Codes that have been assigned to you by the system administrator. The rows you see in this window are controlled by rights given to you in the Notepad Users window. You can filter rows displayed in two ways:

1.    By using the customizable default query (d_np_to_do). To use the query, click the Load button at the bottom of the screen.

2.    By entering a User ID and selecting the Completed, Pending, or All radio button. The appropriate rows automatically display when you enter your criteria.
