Assume that the following codes and descriptions were defined. The description of "Library" would appear in this column if the code LIB was displayed; the description of "Main Campus" would appear in this column if the code MAIN was displayed; the description of "Person's Summer Address" would appear in this column if the code PSMR was displayed. Some description columns may be editable. |
This Description column on the Module Configuration window describes the Function Characteristic.
The Description column on the Year/Term tab is editable and required. The default is the Year Term description plus the Term Definition description. You can enter up to 65 characters. When a new row is added, the Description default is the Year Description and the Term Description (example: 2011-2012 - Fall).
The Description column on the Year/Term/Subterm tab is editable and required. The default is the Year Term description plus the Subterm Definition description. You can enter up to 100 characters. When a new row is added, the Description default is the Year/Term Table Description and the Subterm Description (example: 2008-2009 Spring - Subterm A).
The Description column on the Sites of Activity tab (International Students and Exchange Visitors window) allows you to enter the name of the activity site if desired.
This Description column for the Program Code holds up to 50 alphanumeric characters.
The Description column for the Requirement Code/Requirement List Code holds up to 100 alphanumeric characters
The Description of Item column on the Non-Cash Gift Details window holds up to 100 alphanumeric characters.
The Description column on this window holds up to 255 characters.
