This window allows you to assign students to a Session, enter information about the student in a particular Session, and view a list of students assigned to a Session.
The Search By group box allows you to search for a single student or group of students based on the search criteria columns provided on each of the tabs. The Find Now button executes the search for Session Students, and the New Search button clears all search criteria in preparation for a new search.
You can configure this window to display the student’s address and phone number from the Address Master table or from the Student Session Assignment table. (See Displaying Address Master or Student Session Assignment Data.)
The following tabs are used to conduct the search.
The following columns display information for each Session Student returned by the search criteria:
On each tab, In addition to the common options for grid windows, you can select a row and choose the following options from the right-click or Options menu:
Student Residence Information (maintain residence information)
User Defined Fields (maintain student information for this session that is unique to your organization)
Notepad (record actions/events/notes concerning the student)
Select and Assign Room (only displays if the student is not currently assigned to a room)
Change Room Assignment (only displays if the student is currently assigned to a room)
Clear Room Assignment (only displays if the student is currently assigned to a room)
Send Survey (select and send a survey to selected student(s) using the Send Survey window; this option will not appear if JICSHousing Surveys is selected on the Residence Life tab of Student Life Configuration window)
