Survey Responses Window

Student Residence Information window: Click the Surveys Issued tab, select a survey, and choose Survey Responses from the right-click or Options menu

Maintain Surveys window: Choose Surveys Issued from the right-click or Options menu | select a survey and choose Survey Responses from the right-click or Options menu

This window allows you to enter a student's responses to a survey that was issued to them for a specific session. These responses are stored in the Student Survey Responses table.

How To

1. Open the Maintain Surveys window.

2. Specify the appropriate Session.

3. The Begin Date and End Date columns are automatically populated.

4. Choose the appropriate ID Number.

5. Select the survey for which you want to enter responses.

6. Choose Surveys Issued from the right-click or Options menu.

7. The Surveys Issued window appears.

8. Select the student for whom you want to enter responses.

9. Choose Survey Responses from the right-click or Options menu.

10. The Survey Responses window appears.

11. For each question in the survey, specify the response.

12. Save.
