The Student Health Profile checkbox in the Copy Student Life Session window in J1 Desktop will not be available if your institution is licensed for J1 Web Student Life. The reason for this is that once you start using J1 Web Student Life, all student health information is maintained using the improved tools in J1 Web. For more information, contact your module manager or your campus support team. |
This checkbox, when selected, indicates that Student Profile information will be copied to the new Session, which means that information on the Student Health Profile table is copied.
The Session Students checkbox is automatically selected if this checkbox is selected. The student health profiles must be attached to a student session; therefore, the student sessions must be copied if you copy health profiles.
