Use this window to create a new Student Life session by copying an existing one. You can determine what session will be copied, determine or update the session begin and end dates, and the items you want to include in the copy such as session activities, schedules, buildings, etc.
The Fall session is nearly over and you need to set up a Spring session. By copying the Fall information, you can quickly create the new Spring session without needing to reenter important student information. |
In order for a student and/or their room assignment to be included in the copied information, you must select the Copy to New Session and Preserve Room Assignment checkboxes on the Master tab of the Student Residence Information window.
To also include the students' room phone numbers in the new session, select the Room Assignments checkbox on the Copy Student Life Session window. |
