This window allows you to define staff and/or volunteer roles. These defined roles populate the Role drop-down on the Staff/Volunteers tab of the Campaign Detail window.

Role Description
Add a New Staff/Volunteer Role
1. Open the Staff/Volunteer Role Definition window.
2. To add a new role, choose Add Row or Insert Row from the right-click or Options menu.
3. Enter the Role Code (up to 5 alphanumeric characters) and the Description ( up to 60 alphanumeric characters). Values in both columns are required.
4. Save.
Edit a Staff/Volunteer Role
2. You can only edit the Description.
3. Save.
Delete a Staff/Volunteer Role
2. Select the row you want to delete, and choose Delete Row from the right-click or Options menu.
