In the Accounts Receivable module there are two primary methods from which you can choose to manage third party billing: the Original Method or the Enhanced Method.
You cannot use the Original Method and the Enhanced Method together. You must choose the method that will work best for your organization and may not change from one to the other without serious consideration of the implications.
