View Student Hours Window (Charge Related View)

Use this window to review the number of credit hours, courses and/or tuition hours a student has by year/term, billing period, or both. You can view all 20 buckets available and quickly see if there are incorrect counts.

Columns

· Display student hours counts related to

· ID Number

· Name

· Year*

· Term*

· Billing Period**

· Hours Course Count 1-99

*Can only be viewed when Year/Term or Both is selected.

**Can only be viewed when Billing Period or Both is selected.

How To

1. Access the View Student Hours window.

2. From the Display student hours counts related to options select from the following:

· To view student hours counts as related to year/term, select the Year/Term option.

· To view student hours counts as related to billing period, select the Billing Period option.

· To display all student hours counts, select Both.

3. The available buckets of hours information appears.

To search for a specific ID, student, year, term, billing period, or bucket, click in the appropriate column heading on the top row to sort or filter the retrieved list.
