Charge Related Views

These windows are useful for troubleshooting incorrect charge results, but information can only be viewed; updates cannot be made. The Charge Related Views windows are:

·       View Refunds Window*

·       View Student Data Window

·       View Student Hours Window

*These windows are unavailable when the billing period functionality is in use. Hours information is maintained on the Hours Definition window, and charge and refund information is maintained on the Charges/Refunds window.
