Use this to view the Refund Definition and Details information related to a particular refund fee code, year, and term. Once you select a row at the top, the information for that row is displayed on the Master tab and Detail tab.
This window is useful for troubleshooting incorrect charge results; however, information is only available for display and cannot be updated.
